I am writing this review after having been seen earlier this morning, last week i had to get an emergency appointment to deal with some abrupt pain. I ended up having an extraction, this went well but i developed a dry socket so i was lucky enough to be seen again today to have it dealt with. In the state that the government has left the NHS in, and know that the dentists and other staff are under pressure. So i appreciate the speed, and professionalism in which my treatment was handled, all the staff were very nice and i was made aware of what to expect. A very good dental surgery.

I seriously can't recommend this dentist, Dr Hristov enough. He put my mind at ease, he always examples what he is doing and making appointments are stress-free and you get sent an email, a text and a reminder call the day beforehand! Only downsides is that dental assistants come into the room to get something when you having work done which puts me off abit and also that I had to go private which is seriously expensive! Only halfway through my treatment though but am completely comfortable with my dentist and have faith and trust in him.

Having been to an appointment with the eternally incompetent Ros at the beginning of September I went today and Shahid actually did X-rays and confirmed the problem couldn’t in fact be fixed by getting some sensitive toothpaste as recommended in September as the root had died on a previously filled tooth and the bacteria had caused the 6 weeks of pain. Shahid removed my tooth quickly and efficiently after giving me all the options available. One of these dentists is easily available, the other you might have to wait for but you’ll only need one visit and you’ll get proper treatment.Lauren and Shahid are a credit to their profession

I've moved to this new dental practice since February 2022 due to previous bad experiences elsewhere. Branch in Colchester (Country Park) is far the best dental practice I've been to. Practice is very clean! Prices are lower than many other practices, plus if you join a Dental Plan you get a discount on all your treatments and free check ups & hiegynist appointments (deal is no brainer). All staff are always very friendly and helpful. But the biggest asset of this practice is Dr Hristofor Hristov. Dr Hristov always makes you feel at ease before any treatment you due. Very friendly, down to earth, knowledgable, helpful and gets you fully involved in your treatment plan and choices you able to have (nothing like in my previous experiencies). Had 7 appointments until my treatment plan has got completed and every one of them was 10/10 experience! Plus I've just recently transferred my kids for their check ups to Dr Hristov and my kids words, after their first appointment, were: "Mum, he's very nice and best dentist we've ever been to".Big thank you to all team!👌😊

Great dental practice. I've been with them for many years and have always found them to be friendly, professional and caring. My current dentist is Sarah and she is just lovely. She puts me at ease as soon as she says hello!I'm not keen on going to the dentist. I'm very conscious of my tetracycline stained teeth and have in the past been something of a novelty with other dentists, calling others in to take a look, asking to take photos etc which has always made me very uncomfortable. I've never been subjected to that here.The only negative if I had to find one is a limited availability of appointment times for NHS patients, but I've never had too much of a wait. About a year ago we were told our 7 year old would need a filling and at the time it was looking like we'd need to wait to have this done under sedation. The referral was declined by the hospital but with lots of patience she had her filling today! He talked her through each piece of equipment and how it would feel. She's left the dentist today feeling happy and proud of herself.My husband and I grew up hating dentist appointments and feeling anxious about visits. Once again I am delighted to report on my experience at Together Dental, Broxbourne yesterday. I have to say - 'I had a ball' ! Not being 'apprehensive' of the Dentist's Chair, I was able to actually enjoy the event of a 'clean' and a filling, administered by Dr Chase Bersabal and his attentive assistant Grace. Being able to chat with Chase and Grace during the procedure was a bonus - Chase was previously a 'child star' in The King and I for 3 years at the London Palladium, so he knew how to connect to his audience and Grace was very attractive. Both these qualities were put to good use by these two young vibrant technicians during the treatment and they proved to be a great double act - oh and by the way, both are highly skilled in their vocations. There was absolutely no pain (after the injection) and my mouth felt somewhat more comfortable as the last rudiments of the 'exercise' were completed.Reviews of this nature should probably not be 'humorous' , but my wholetime at Together Dental was a pleasure - the Reception ladies were veryprompt and caring, and Chase and Grace were a credit to themselves inparticular and the Practice in general. To those of you who might not enjoy a visit to the Dentist, rest assured you will be well cared for in every respect by this very user-friendly 'team' and even settlement of the bill atthe end will almost be an additional pleasure ! Try to ENJOY !
