Restore your confidence with our smile makeover!

This treatment is specially designed for the individual to look at the health of your teeth; the aesthetics of your teeth; the colour; and the positioning – to create a flawless look.

You don’t have to let your teeth worry you, or affect your confidence anymore because our straightforward and cost-effective range of treatments can give you the perfect smile.

A friendly consultation with one of our dentists will help to decide which treatment might be most effective for you. When looking at the choices available our dentists frequently consider crooked or uneven smiles that can be improved using straightening treatment, or if you want a faster result, porcelain veneers are a durable option.

Discoloured teeth can sometimes be improved with a teeth-whitening treatment. In some cases, such as mottling of the colour, which can occur as a side effect to medication, tooth whitening isn’t appropriate. Using thin porcelain veneers will be the best option in this case.

What your smile makeover can achieve

Missing teeth can be replaced with dental implants, bridges or dentures. The most effective option is a dental implant as it looks and performs just like a natural tooth. The crown of the implant can be matched to your natural teeth, so no one will know it’s an implant.

Dark teeth can be brightened by using a teeth whitening treatment, we also use internal bleaching to lighten the tooth from the inside out.

Come and talk to us about what is concerning you and we’ll give you some options to get that beautiful smile back.

Now that is something to smile about.

New research out today shows that the pandemic is negatively contributing to people's teeth. We are keeping everyone safe in practices, and following government guidance to ensure your visit to the dentist is as safe as possible during the pandemic!

84% people are at increased risk of tooth decay because of Covid19

Don’t leave it too late to go to the dentist!

According to new research from the Oral Health Foundation and Colgate-Palmolive eight in 10 people is at increased risk of caries (tooth decay and tooth crumbling) since the pandemic.

55% of the UK adults admit that they have neglected their teeth during lockdown, leaving more than half of the UK population at risk of decay and other issues which could be easily treated.

One in 6 (15%) do not brush their teeth as much as they did prior to the pandemic. Additionally, almost one in 5 (19%) say they have not been brushing their teeth twice a day.

One in 5 people (20%) admits to eating unhealthier foods, while 1 in 10 (11%) has been drinking more alcohol. The research also reveals almost 1-in-5 (18%) have not visited a dentist for more than two years. And 1-in-3 (36%) have reported toothache during the pandemic, with 9% suffering for longer than two weeks.

Nigel Carter, CEO, Oral Health Foundation says: “A worrying number of patients have neglected their oral health during the pandemic. This could have potentially lasting consequences, not only for the health of their mouth but for their general wellbeing also. The public’s awareness of what causes dental caries and how to prevent it, remains poor. Yet, preventing oral diseases like caries is completely in their own hands. All it takes is the correct care.”

As dental professionals we are here to look after all elements of your teeth and urge you to now make an appointment for a check-up. Come in and see us, safely, to ensure that we stop any problems in their tracks before they become more serious.

We are embracing the 'au natural' way! Trend number four on our list, the 'natural trend'!

We are stepping away from whiter than white perfect designer smiles and into a more natural look which is all about ‘perfect imperfections. The ‘Hollywood Smile’ was the look many wanted, and the straighter and whiter the better. But it seems that perfection just got too perfect and we’re now celebrating our differences. It seems this has all changed, and 2021 is all about embracing the ‘au natural’ way or ‘improved smile’, with perhaps a few tweaks.

Our dentists can help to naturally align, bleach and make use of composite bonding to get a very natural, enhanced looking smile. Find out more www.together.dental/treatments/composite-bonding/
