I attended on 23rd December 2022 requiring an extraction. Natalia Cengher was the dentist and she provided fantastic caring and considerate treatment explaining in great detail what was happening and why. Cannot speak highly enough of her. The practice dropped a star rating as they no longer provide NHS treatment and I had to wait six weeks for a private appointment but 10/10 on the day.

As usual, first class treatment from the whole staff, particularly my Dentist, Mrs Salman. My appointment was arranged at short notice thanks to a broken tooth and I was given an appointment for the following week. As a nervous patient I always feel at ease when being treated, am given full information on any problem I may have and advised if any follow up may be required.

My appointment with Mrs Salman was as usual very efficient (albeit 45 min late due to Mrs S getting caught in traffic, not her fault) What was most disappointing was not being able to book a 6mth checkup due to Mrs Salman jumping ship and nobody taking on her NHS patients. The best I got from reception was to call in the new year. Maybe as this situation was was not of my doing it might have been nice if the Surgery could contact me when or indeed if a surgeon was found to take on these patients.

I had an emergency appointment because of an abscess, the staff were very polite & helpful, I had the tooth removed & the dentist was excellent, it was a difficult extraction (1hour in the chair), but the dentist done a marvelous job, no pain at all after 3 jabs of numbing, I would highly recommend this practice.
